We developed our Preventive Maintenance Program as a
tool to assist our clients in protecting the investment they have
made in interior furnishings.
Timely check-up of your furnishing can prevent costly repairs in the
future. Routine cleaning of panel systems will add value to your
product. Clients often wait for several chairs or tables that need
to be repaired before calling to save costs on service calls.
With our program you pay one fee and repairs are made on a regular
basis. Your extra cost is only for the parts needed. With this
proactive approach to service you will see an added value to your
investment, less downtime and a more productive workplace.
The PMP consists of scheduled visits to meet your needs of 1 per
week, 1 per month, quarterly or yearly visits. All office
furnishings are given a check-up and adjustments are made on the
spot. If there is a problem, we will find the solution. Take a
pro-active role to increase your employee’s productivity.

Custom Glass Services
We will measure and cut glass to protect all wood surfaces. This
service also allows us to maintain your current glass by cleaning
and refreshing wood furniture underneath. |
Desks and Credenzas
All your free standing wood office furniture is cleaned and
polished. Any minor touch-ups are also performed. Drawers and doors
will be adjusted and lubricated as needed. |

Conference Tables
Free Standing wood pieces such as conference tables, lobby
tables and reception desks are given minor touch-ups, are cleaned
and polished. Legs are checked for secure fittings. |
Plastic Laminate Furniture
Small scratches, chips or nicks will be touched-up and surfaces
will be cleaned and polished. |
Steam Cleaning and Chair/Seating Maintenance
Chairs are lubricated, tightened and adjusted. All mechanical parts
are inspected and lubricated. |

Fabric Panel Systems
All panel systems can be steamed cleaned on site.
1. Doors on vertical or overhead surfaces will be
checked for the proper adjustment and realigned.
2. Wires and loose cords that need to be concealed
will be serviced as needed.
3. Work surfaces and Trim will be checked for trouble
spots, then touched up and realigned.
4. Lighting -Ambient/Task will be cleaned and checked
for defective transformers or bulbs.
5. Pedestals Drawers will be checked for trouble spots
then adjusted if needed. They will then be lubricated and cleaned.
