Create new plans if necessary.
Compare actual space requirements of departmental functions with
present allocation of space.
Identify problems and distractions to existing adjacencies, traffic
patterns, storage problems, etc…
Provide solutions in the form of space plans that support current
personnel, as well as the long-range expansions of the customer.
Assist customer in understanding organizational dependencies and
space planning options.
